The Grove Frisco takes our name from the mature groves of trees that are being carefully preserved on our 735-acre site, located off Custer Road, between Main Street and Rolater Road. Our location is just one mile from where the “four corners” of Frisco, Allen, Plano and McKinney come together. Schools are part of the highly regarded Frisco Independent School District.
The first phases of The Grove Frisco offer new homes priced from the $400,000s to $700,000s, amid amenities including the Orchard House, our flagship lifestyle destination, plus miles of trails and more than 25 acres of parks.
At our pre-sales and pop-up event, you can visit with representatives from our leading homebuilders, including American Legend Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Highland Homes and Southgate Homes.
