For every new home sold with real estate agent participation, The Grove Frisco donates $100 to a local nonprofit group selected by the agent from a list of 10 potential recipients. It’s our way of building a better community, together with our real estate partners.
The Grove Frisco works hard to preserve as many trees as possible right where they are. Where development is inevitable, we transplant trees to beautify other areas of the community, especially around our parks, amenities and major thoroughfares.
