Highland Homes wins People’s Choice Award for 9th time in 10 years
Most people rely on recommendations from friends and family when it comes to making a major purchase such as a new home. But what if you could get feedback from hundreds of local homeowners about the builder you’re considering?
The People’s Choice Award from the Dallas Builders Association offers exactly that kind of feedback.
Each year, DBA works with an independent research firm to survey hundreds of local homeowners who have recently moved into new homes. The survey covers the sales experience, customer service, design functionality and overall satisfaction.
Respondents are also asked to rate how likely they would be to recommend a particular builder or community to a friend or family member, on a scale from zero to 10.
For 2020, Dallas-based Highland Homes has won the People’s Choice Award yet again, nabbing this honor for the 9th time in the past 10 years.
