More of a good thing: new homes, amenities & more coming to The Grove Frisco
New homes, new builders
This expansion will bring together a fresh mix of homes from a fresh mix of builders. For starters, Brookfield Residential is making its DFW-area debut right here at The Grove Frisco, bringing both charming alley-loaded homes and spacious single-family residences into the mix. Look for Brookfield pre-sales starting in March 2025 with two new models opening in March.
In other big news (literally) this new neighborhood is where Highland Homes will be offering their largest homes yet. Highland Homes is pre-selling now with a model opening soon.
And there’s plenty more on the horizon: we’re welcoming another brand-new builder north of Main Street next year. Details (and even more home choices) to come.
