We’ve designed The Grove Frisco to be a community filled with places and spaces for our residents to socialize, have fun or even get some work done. And soon we’ll have two signature amenities to enjoy. The Orchard house, which is already open. And Mainstay, which will be opening north of Main Street in 2026.
The Orchard House is a warm and welcoming hub filled with meeting rooms and cozy spaces, a fireplace and fully equipped fitness center. And that’s just the inside. Outside, you’ll find our community’s first two pools and splash pad. The Great Lawn, our park meets playground meets place for picnics. And the Pavilion, our open-air gathering space with a stage where you can catch a concert or find some shade along a trail. And if you just want to pull up a patch of grass and hang out for awhile, you can do just that at The Green — home to many of our community events and the perfect place to have fun with friends and neighbors.

When Mainstay opens north of Main Street in 2026, it’s going to expand everyone’s idea of fun. It’s where you’ll find courts for everyone’s new favorite sport, pickleball. A yoga lawn where you can demonstrate your downward dog in group classes. A state-of-the-art fitness studio. And our community’s third pool.
