    The Grove Frisco is a Master-Planned Community at the "Four Corners" of North Dallas where Plano, Allen, McKinney and Frisco come together. Featuring new homes, luxury amenities, mature trees and landscape, winding streets and beautiful green spaces.

  • Where is the Grove Frisco located?

    The Grove Frisco is located off of Custer Road between Main Street and Rolater Road in Frisco, TX, just one mile from the Four Corners where the vibrant cities of Frisco, Plano, McKinney and Allen meet.

  • Who is Newland?

    The Grove Frisco has been thoughtfully planned by Newland, which is now a proud part of Brookfield Properties, one of the largest developers of mixed-use communities in the United States. Named 2021 Developer of the Year by the Dallas Builder’s Association, Newland is known and respected nationwide for creating inspired and innovative places that foster connections to nature and each other. The Grove Frisco is owned in a joint venture partnership between Newland Real Estate Group, LLC (Newland) and North America Sekisui House, Ltd. (NASH), and will be developed by Newland Communities.

    Within the 735-acre community, a rich selection of amenities will keep your family entertained and amazed. The Orchard House amenity center is the heart of the neighborhood, with a cozy fireplace, a fitness center, meeting rooms, an open lawn area and pavilion for events and entertaining, and a "water oasis" with two resort-style pools and a children's splash pad. A variety of experiential parks and trails throughout the community lend to fun for all ages.

    The Grove Frisco Office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

    Townhome Residents are billed $367 MONTHLY:
    • $240 for Townhome HOA Assessments
    • $127 for Master HOA Assessments

    All other Residents are billed $612.75 QUARTERLY:
    • $231.75 for Landscaping (front yard maintenance)
    • $381 for Master HOA Assessments
